A limited edition primitive folk art bunny, thoughtfully hand-altered and finished with a richly aged patina, paired with a newly designed wooden crate created to complement early American farmhouse and primitive interiors.
Each bunny begins as a plush figure and is extensively hand-altered in my studio using my own developed, multi-layered aging and grunging process. This technique gives each piece a warm, timeworn appearance with rich depth, texture, and authentic primitive character.

Crate & Styling Details
The bunny is presented with an attached wooden produce crate featuring a newly developed Spring Market design, exclusive to This Old Primitive Farm. The crate has been hand painted, layered, distressed, and aged through a detailed finishing process to achieve a naturally worn, early American look.
Inside, the crate is filled with cinnamon-grunged greenery and real dried grasses, arranged to create a soft, gathered feel. Nestled within the display are a small faux bunny, a cinnamon grunged carrot, and a lightly aged egg placed toward the front for added visual interest. A cinnamon-aged tulip introduces a subtle hint of faded color.
An aged hang tag, stamped with “sale 10 cents,” completes the piece with a touch of old market charm.
