Cinnamon Grunged Carrots (Original Version)
Carrots are hand grunged using an exclusive cinnamon mixture for an aged primitive finish and subtle warm spice scent.
Twine Carrots
Carrots are finished using stained and distressed twine for a rustic primitive look.
Please note: Cinnamon is used frequently in my studio while creating many of my primitive items, so while the twine carrot option does not contain cinnamon, I cannot guarantee that there has been no exposure within the workspace.
🌾 DESCRIPTION
This handmade primitive carrot crate display is an exclusive original design of This Old Primitive Farm, created in a small seasonal run and inspired by early farm décor and timeworn spring accents.
Limited Edition – Only a few will be made this season.
The wooden crate is hand-painted, distressed, and antiqued, then finished with small wooden feet for added primitive character. Styled as a complete vignette, the display features five cinnamon-grunged faux carrots nestled in brown paper, accented with real dried grasses and a hand-dyed aged fabric accent secured with a rusty safety pin and bell for soft, old-world charm.
Each piece is individually finished in my studio, giving every crate its own unique character and natural variations that are part of the handmade process. Designed to add subtle texture and warmth, this piece is ideal for shelves, hutches, countertops, or seasonal farmhouse displays.

This is a decorative display piece, not a functional crate. The primitive aging, natural materials, and loose elements are intentional and part of the handmade aesthetic.
AI tools were used as part of the artwork design process. The design was directed, refined, and finished by my shop, and the physical crate and entire display are completely hand-painted, aged, and assembled by me.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and differences in monitor and device settings.
For a pleasant finishing touch, my handmade items are lightly scented before packaging.
