This primitive farmhouse pig shelf sitter is a charming rustic décor accent, hand-finished by me in my signature primitive style. This artistically altered plush pig features aged details and fun BBQ-inspired elements, making it a perfect addition to your summer farmhouse décor.
Each pig is carefully styled with a red and white checked bib, secured with a stained cheesecloth tie, and finished with an aged, hand-stamped “BBQ” hangtag for a nostalgic country cookout feel. He holds a faux roasted hot dog on a stick, hand-sculpted using my own unique method to achieve an authentic primitive look.
Handcrafted Details
Each pig begins as a commercially available plush form and is then artistically transformed through my original design process. It is cinnamon grunged, aged, and thoughtfully styled to create a warm, well-loved primitive character.
No two pieces are exactly alike—variations in distressing, fabric placement, and finishing are intentional and part of the handmade nature.
