This “Lilac Festival – Heritage Bloom No. 12” pillow was inspired by the kind of signage you might have found at a springtime garden festival or tucked inside a small-town nursery—marking a cherished bloom variety, carefully grown and proudly shared.
You can almost picture it: lilac bushes in full bloom, their fragrance drifting through the air as baskets are gathered and arrangements are prepared for market day. Nearby, a softly weathered sign reads Heritage Bloom No. 12—a quiet nod to a time when each variety was known, saved, and passed down through the seasons.
In those days, feedsacks and fabric scraps were saved, repurposed, and stitched into everyday life—practical, yes, but often beautiful in their own humble way. This design reflects that spirit, with its timeworn lettering, softly faded finish, and hand-touched character, as though it had been printed long ago and softened by years of use.
The gentle lilac tones and muted palette give it the feeling of something preserved from an earlier time—romantic, nostalgic, and rooted in the simple beauty of spring’s first blooms.
Each pillow is fully stuffed and hand-stitched closed for a finished, heirloom-quality look—no inserts or assembly needed.
Crafted from heavyweight cotton canvas on the front for a thick, durable feel, with a coordinating osnaburg fabric backing for an authentic old-world touch.

Each pillow measures approximately 12 inches tall by 17 inches wide once filled and is generously stuffed for a full, structured appearance that sits beautifully on benches, hutches, chairs, and shelf displays.
The front is crafted from a heavy all-cotton canvas fabric that provides rich texture and durability, while the back is finished in natural osnaburg for an authentic rustic farmhouse look—reminiscent of the sturdy textiles once used in farm and pantry life.
